VTB Group introduces an equity-based remuneration program to VTB Capital employees

The FINANCIAL -- VTB Group introduces an equity-based remuneration program to the employees of VTB Capital, the Group’s investment business. The program represents a contingent right of all eligible VTB Capital employees to receive ordinary shares of JSC VTB Bank, in the form of shares or global depositary receipts, after a specified period of time.

According VTB Bank, to The launch of this program allows VTB Capital, a company with significant international presence, to bring its remuneration arrangements in line with requirements of the corresponding British regulator and the recommendations of regulators of Asia, Middle East, Europe, and US, as well as G20.
